A small studio for meaningful work.
ERK Music Studios is a UAE-based family creative studio built around music-led storytelling. We turn real stories, emotions, occasions and ideas into original music, adding visual storytelling when it gives the work a stronger form.
Small by design.
ERK grew from a shared love of music, story and making things together. We remain deliberately small and closely involved in the work. That means the person sharing the idea can speak directly with the people shaping it, and each accepted project can receive real creative attention.
We are comfortable moving between an intimate family commission and a broader cultural concept because the starting question is the same: what is the emotional centre, and what form will make it felt?
We choose our commissions carefully so we can give each story the creative attention and care it deserves.
Our Approach

We begin by listening.
We start with the story behind the idea — the people, memories, feelings and details that give it meaning.

Then we find the emotional centre.
From there, we find the emotional centre and begin shaping the music around it.

The story becomes music.
That emotional foundation guides the lyrics, melody, rhythm, instrumentation, vocal character and overall sound. We shape each element around the feeling and meaning of the story, so the finished piece feels specific to the people, memories or idea at its centre.

And when the story calls for more, it becomes visual.
Visual storytelling is added when it gives the work a stronger form.

Based in the UAE. Working across languages.
ERK is based in the UAE and currently creates original music in English and Farsi. Additional languages can be explored project by project.
For wider visual projects, language can also become part of the presentation through translated lyrics, subtitles, bilingual presentation and translated on-screen text.
