How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to:
- Review and respond to project inquiries
- Assess creative fit, scope and availability

- Operate and protect the inquiry process
- Maintain a minimal safety record needed to prevent duplicate or failed submissions
Services used by the website
The current website uses:
- Cloudflare Workers / website infrastructure
- Cloudflare Turnstile for form-abuse protection
- D1 for minimal inquiry/safety storage
- Resend for transactional email delivery
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used when production analytics is enabled.
We use service providers to operate the website, protect the inquiry form and deliver email. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed outside the UAE subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Public form limits
The Start a Project form does not collect project files, payment information, full production-order details or private source materials. Please do not send photographs, audio or other project files through the public inquiry form.
Retention
Unaccepted inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months from submission or last meaningful contact, then deleted from the operational inquiry database unless there is an active business, legal or accounting reason to retain them longer.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect inquiry information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or raise a question about how it is being used. Where processing relies on consent, you may also withdraw that consent.
