This website provides information about ERK Music Studios, examples of creative work and a way to submit project inquiries.
Website information may be updated from time to time as services, availability and project examples change.
Project inquiries
Submitting an idea starts a conversation, not a commitment.
The public inquiry process allows ERK to review an idea and contact the person submitting it about possible fit, scope and next steps. An inquiry is not a production contract, booking or automatic acceptance of work.
Commissions and acceptance
We choose our commissions carefully so we can give each story the creative attention and care it deserves.
A project begins only after ERK and the customer agree the creative scope, deliverables, price, timing, revision allowance and applicable project terms. An inquiry or initial discussion does not create a production contract.
Project-specific rights and permissions
Intellectual-property rights, customer-supplied material, usage permissions, portfolio/privacy choices and other project-specific terms are agreed separately when a commission is accepted.
Website content
Unless otherwise stated, ERK Music Studios’ website copy, branding, original music, imagery and other original site content may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission.
Public form limits
The Start a Project form is for initial inquiries. It does not collect project files, payment information, full production-order details or private source materials.
Do not send photographs, audio or other project files through the public inquiry form.
Availability and updates
We may update website information, project examples, services or availability from time to time. We aim to keep public information accurate, but website content should not be treated as a guaranteed offer of availability or acceptance.
